This is all about physical performance and how efficiently your body can work at a given intensity level. BB Training welcomes clients of all ages and fitness levels. We determine your fitness level and base workout intensity upon an initial assessment and the goals you are striving to accomplish. Do you want to be a professional athlete? Do you want to help alleviate back pain? Maybe you just want to make it up the stairs, or be able to pick up your grandkids? BB Training is here to help you accomplish your fitness goals.

The most important aspect of a healthy lifestyle—nutrition is the fuel for everything we do in life. If you want to function, perform, and feel your best, then you need proper nutrition. This all comes from developing healthy eating habits, knowing what you put into your body and how it affects you. BB Training can help with diet analysis, nutrition education, meal planning, supplement recommendations, and personalized integration to develop these new habits into your life. 

Wellness

Staying healthy and injury free throughout the activities of our day-to-day life is important. Whether at work, home, or a social engagement, each aspect of your life can bring with it a mental, emotional, and physical toll. Stress management and injury prevention are key to optimal wellness. BB Training believes in teaching proper body position and lifting technique to help prevent injuries both inside and outside of the gym. Stress management techniques are also promoted to all clients for continued motivation, positivity, and overall mental well-being.
